General
Hosting
- The host of each map is listed on the match details page. The non-hosting team picks which side they start on. For Bo3 / Bo5: the team with the most combined rounds won hosts the last map. If tied, the map-1 host hosts the last map.
Consoles
- PlayStation matches are PS4 / PS5 ONLY. Xbox 360 is BANNED — all Xbox players must be on Xbox One. PC is not supported.
Glitches
- Glitch usage forfeits the most recent round played or the entire map (admin discretion). If you see a glitch, leave the game the following round and request an admin.
- Planting / defusing through walls or structures is banned.
- All out-of-map / wall-bounce spots are banned.
- Hiding your model in objects (bushes / tall grass excluded) is banned.
- Any spot where names / diamonds show through a wall is banned.
- Snaking (prone → sprint 3+ times in a short window) is banned.
- Stair glitching is banned.
- Laying beside a ledge/curb to see over it while others cannot see you is banned.
- If the bomb icon is in a different spot than the plant, a round is awarded if all enemies are dead and you had time to defuse — leave and request an admin after the round.
Handcams
- When handcams are enabled they must be sent to an admin in the match chat and approved BEFORE the match starts. If a match is played before admin approval, the result stands regardless of handcam quality.
- Handcam VODs are required for every match and must be saved after completion. Failure to provide or store the VOD may result in a replay or forfeit. The VOD must include the match lobby with all players present for admin verification.
Gamertags
- Your PSN / Xbox Gamertag must match exactly how it appears in-game. Admins may approve a gamertag in some cases — opponents are notified in match chat. If a match is played to completion with the wrong gamertag, the result stands.
Xbox Clips
- 3-minute clips must be enabled on Xbox. Create a clip immediately after each map ends — failure may result in a forfeit or replay.
Disconnects
- A disconnected player must be re-invited to join. The game cannot be ended unless there is valid proof the disconnected player cannot rejoin. Leaving / forcing your opponent to end the game without proof = forfeit of 1 round.
No Show (Live)
- Each team has 10 minutes from the scheduled start to join/host. If your opponent is not ready, click "no show" in the match chat and then "request an administrator". The admin will contact your opponent and give them additional time at their discretion. Failure to follow the admin time limit forfeits the map/match.
Preset Classes
- Preset classes are ALLOWED. If you use them, you must have at MINIMUM the 2 required loadouts (Class 1 and Class 2). If they are not made, back out and set them up — no forfeits will be issued for this.
No Show (Ticket)
- 10 minutes from scheduled start to join/host. 5 minutes between maps. If your opponent has not joined/invited within 10 minutes, submit at least 5 minutes of video proof (from minute 5 to minute 10 of the wait). Show your attempts to invite/join and include on-screen timestamps. For multi-map matches, record a separate 5-minute video for each game. Full live-stream VODs are considered the best proof — include timestamps of the incident.
Submitting Proof
- All proof must be video. Use your console DVR — otherwise proof risks being marked insufficient. Full scoreboard with gamertags and all game info must be clearly readable. Xbox / PSN / Twitter / Skype messages are NOT valid proof.
Wrong Rules (Live)
- Submit in-game proof of the wrong rules. If confirmed, the hosting team forfeits 1 round. If a match is played to completion with wrong rules, it stands unless the broken rule only affected the final round. If your team was listed to host and let opponents host instead, the round forfeit is at admin discretion.
Controller Adapters
- Players using a controller not native to their console may be required to show what it is connected to. The Brook Wingman is the ONLY approved adapter — use of any other adapter results in a forfeit.
Wrong Rules (Ticket)
- Submit in-game proof of the wrong rules in your match dispute ticket. If confirmed, the hosting team forfeits the map. If your team was listed to host and let opponents host, forfeit/cancel is at ticket-admin discretion.
